A needs assessment is completed for all participants, which determines commitment, suitability of programming and referral to appropriate activities/services as necessary.
Individual employment counselling and case management are provided.
Workshops in the areas of workplace success, maintaining employment and job search strategies are also available.
A part of the services offered is the Transitional Employment Support program, which provides youth with job placement assistance for casual, short-term, unsubsidized work placement.
Participants are provided with the opportunity to secure a work related reference, to make employment contacts within the community and to ultimately gain work experience.
