St. Leonard’s Community Services offers free confidential counselling for youth, adults and families struggling with problems related to substance abuse and mental health.  Programs  provide  assessment, crisis counseling, referral, access to psychiatric and psychological consultation, advocacy, case management support from other community service providers, treatment planning, information and aftercare. These programs include support for persons with  addictions, strained family or peer relations, declining health, housing needs, school or employment difficulties, financial stresses, conflicts with the law, depression or anxiety.

Residential Services are staffed 24 hours per day and provide safe and healthy environments for adults and youth.

In partnership with the Grand Erie District School Board on site Agency learning centres at 133 Elgin Street and 225 Fairview Drive in Brantford Ontario help students who because of behavioural, emotional and/or learning difficulties are unable to benefit from a regular school program. The goals of the learning centres are to assist students to develop academic, behavioral and social skills in order to re integrate into a regular school setting in preparation for entry into the work force.

Hours – Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm Walk in Clinic

24 hour crisis telephone line 519 759 7188 trained counsellors are accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours per day providing immediate telephone counselling and when necessary on site intervention.
