Smoking Cessation

This is a structured four session, one hour group to address smoking cessation using a cognitive behavioural approach. The program challenges the perceived rewards of smoking. In addition, the group materials and discussions allow the participants to take an introspective look at behaviour patterns associated with smoking. The program material can be delivered individually or in a group format. If you would like more information or have any questions, contact the Addictions and Mental Health Centre at (519) 754-0253.
