1.2 BOARD SCHEDULE

The Agency's Board of Directors will meet regularly to discuss Board and Agency policy development and to review Agency programs and finances. 

The Board of Directors will meet monthly with the exception of July, August and December.  Minutes are taken by the Executive Assistant and distributed to members of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and Director of Finance.

Previous minutes are approved by the Board and signed by the President of the Board of Directors. The Executive Assistant maintains copies of the approved signed minutes.
