Not receiving Employment Insurance benefits
Employment Planning and Preparation registration a prerequisite

Program Description
|
JDPS is for participants who may not be successful on their own in an open, competitive market by offering assistance to those most in need of a supportive on-the-job training opportunity.
Subsidized and unsubsidized job trials or placements into employment are monitored and placement support is available to both the participant and employer.
Follow-up is conducted at 3, 6 and 12 months to ensure success in the transition to work.
Services are also tailored to meet the needs of area employers including Employer Interview Days, resume screening, confidential resume collection and wage subsidies.
Hours of Operation: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesdays 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. |
