2.8 COVERAGE FOR ABSENCE OR LOSS OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In order to protect the Agency from planned or unplanned absences or sudden loss of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance will temporarily assume the role of the Executive Director including liaison with Service Directors, Board members and community contacts until the Board of Directors can meet to appoint an interim or permanent Executive Director.
