2-10 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL

POLICY
The Agency has a manual containing all policies, procedures and other operational documentation that is available to all staff, students, volunteers and Board of Directors.
PROCEDURE
The Agency's Management Team reviews the Policies and Procedures Manual ensuring that it is accurate, complete and up-to-date. The Policies and Procedures Manual will be reviewed at least every four years, one year prior to the accreditation site review. This includes a review of the Mission, Vision and Values and Beliefs of the Agency to ensure that they reflect the needs of Agency clients. New draft policies and amended policies are distributed to all staff prior to final approval of the Board of Directors. Approval dates are clearly noted on the top of the document. Amended Policies and Procedures Manuals are distributed electronically and in hard copy to the Executive Director, Human Resources Administrator and Service Directors who will ensure availability to all staff. The Policies and Procedures are also posted on the Agency intranet.
