2.4 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S RESPONSIBILITES FOR STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS The Executive Director will ensure that all staff and volunteers are treated in ways that follow and promote the Agency’s Mission and Values. The Executive Director will not conduct him/herself in a manner that is unreasonable and imprudent, with respect to the employment, compensation or benefits to staff, consultants and contract workers.
