2.1 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR LIMITATIONS
The Executive Director will not cause or knowingly allow any organizational practices that are imprudent, unethical, or illegal or that violate Board approved policies.
Final implementation of actions by the Executive Director will only proceed with Board approval in the following areas:
- significant organizational restructuring (e.g., resulting in job loss);
- significant legal matters;
- matters significantly affecting public perception of the Agency’s reputation; and,
- contradictions to Board-approved policies.
