2.0 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S ROLE POLICY The Executive Director will operate in a manner befitting the integrity and professionalism inherent in one charged with the day-to-day accountability and responsibility for a community organization. The Board of Directors will define the qualifications, executive authority, boundaries of decision making, responsibilities and results expected of the Executive Director. The Agency is administered by the Executive Director who is responsible for implementing the policies of the Board of Directors. The Executive Director implements the Board's policies through delegation of responsibilities to Service Directors who supervise staff and clients. The Executive Director and the Service Directors form a Management Team, which meets monthly to discuss Agency issues. Minutes of these meetings are kept. |
