4-50 CHARITY RETURNS

POLICY

The Agency is a registered charity and will annually prepare a Charity Return for each legal corporate entity.

PROCEDURE

The annual Charity Return forms are received by mail.  The Accounting Manager will complete the Charity Returns for each legal entity and will forward the completed returns to the Director of Finance for review, approval and to sign the certification.  The Accounting Manager will ensure the Charity Returns are forwarded to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) by the due date of September 30th each year.
