POLICY

Cross functional teams are employed within the Agency to make recommendations, manage projects or deliver training.   

PROCEDURE

Cross functional team members are recruited by the Management Team from every department and every level of the Agency after terms of reference are posted.  Cross functional teams post minutes of their meetings.
