6-80 HIRING – CLIENTS AND EX-CLIENTS

POLICY

Clients and ex-clients will be considered for employment by the Agency with the approval of the funding Ministry, provided the applicant possesses all of the qualifications for employment and provided in the opinion of the Executive Director, the rights of the client being hired will not be infringed upon.

PROCEDURE

Clients and ex-clients will be eligible to apply for any openings posted externally.  Their application will be considered as per the Recruitment and Selection Manual (Appendix 1) and application form (Appendix 1a), subject to the conditions noted under the policy above.
