6-350 JOB RATE LEVELS

POLICY
The Agency maintains a Job Rate Chart, which is organized by band and rate level.
PROCEDURE
Job rate levels are approved by the Board of Directors for each band.
Each job rate level corresponds to years of service in the band.
Job rate levels are reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and are adjusted subject to budgetary restrictions.
