POLICY

The Agency will ensure that staff and consultants who are legally required to be licensed, certified or registered by the Province of Ontario, or their professional bodies meet the legal requirements for licensing, certification or registration.

PROCEDURE

Documentation confirming current compliance is maintained in staff Human Resources files.  Service agreements with consultants require current documentation of licensing, certification or registration.
