POLICY

St. Leonard's Community Services will recruit staff with qualities and skills of a caliber that will enable the Agency to deliver the highest quality of service to its clients and the community at large. 

PROCEDURE

The Agency complies with the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and Human Rights Code and does not discriminate in its hiring practices on the basis of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, record of offences, marital status, same-sex partner status, family status or physical or mental handicap.  This list is not necessarily all inclusive.
