POLICY

Agency staff or consultants who are not legally required to be licensed, certified or registered by the Province of Ontario are either members of relevant provincial or national professional associations or have documented equivalent training and experience confirmed in their Human Resources files.

PROCEDURE

Documentation confirming current compliance is maintained in staff human resources files.  Service agreements with consultants require current documentation of their membership or equivalent training and experience.
