POLICY

Each Agency Committee and Cross Functional Team will have a Chair.

PROCEDURE

The role of the Chair of Agency committees and cross functional teams is to identify and analyze issues, guide discussions, examine relevant issues in order to reach decisions and solve problems.

The Chairs of the Cross Functional Teams are to inform Human Resources of any changes to the membership of the teams.
