POLICY

At the discretion of the staff responsible for the contract, service contract opportunities may be posted internally at all departments and externally if necessary. 

PROCEDURE

All contract positions being converted to permanent status will be posted for competition.

All contractors and subcontractors are required to sign a contractor’s agreement (see Appendix 24).
