POLICY

Smoking will be permitted in designated outside areas only. 

PROCEDURE

Staff will not smoke in the presence of clients under the age of 19.

Designated areas for smoking will not be located within 9 metres of any entrance on any premise of St. Leonard’s Community Services.

Smoking will not be permitted inside any workplace within the Agency.  By definition, Agency vehicles are considered enclosed workplaces, therefore smoking is not permitted in those Agency vehicles.
