6-690   STAFF LEGAL COUNSEL

POLICY

At the discretion of the Board of Directors, the Agency may provide legal counsel for staff in matters arising from his/her duties.

PROCEDURE

If deemed appropriate, the Executive Director will present the matters to the Resources Committee and request a recommendation to the Board of Directors to provide legal counsel for staff.  If the Board of Directors approves, the Human Resources Administrator will contact the staff to make the arrangement.
