POLICY

The Agency will conduct staff meetings for all staff.

PROCEDURE

Staff meetings are conducted at least once monthly with a minimum of 10 meetings per year.  In addition, two meetings are held annually for part time staff.  Minutes of part time and full time staff meetings are distributed to the respective staff members whether in attendance or not.

All Departments will hold regular staff meetings where Case Management and staff issues are raised, discussed and documented in minutes.  Part time staff who are required to attend staff meetings will be paid his/her normal hourly rate.
