Problem Solving

Young people are confronted on a daily basis with conflict, confusion, difficult choices as well as a wide variety of other problematic and stressful situations.  Sometimes no matter how hard you try to solve or avoid problems and you find things just aren't getting any better you might want to participate in the Problem-Solving Program.

The Problem-Solving Program is for youth aged 13 to 15 and 16 to 18.  The program is 12 sessions, offered twice per week for six weeks.

If you would like more information or have any questions about the Problem-Solving Program, call Lisa Ramsay at the Addictions and Mental Health Centre (519) 754-0253, extension 304 or Lorna Sowa at the Youth Action Centre, (519) 756-7665.  You can also drop in and see us at the Walk-in Clinic 133 Elgin Street between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
