POLICY

The Agency meets all local, provincial and federal applicable laws, codes and regulations governing its services, employment of staff, fire, health, building and other obligations.

PROCEDURE

The Agency's facilities are inspected annually by local, provincial and federal government officials ensuring that codes are met.  Service Directors are responsible for meeting government codes pertaining to their facilities and for reporting the results of annual evaluations to the Board of Directors in writing as part of their Service Directors’ report to the Board.
