POLICY

The Agency has a written policy concerning the management of staff.  This policy covers staff recruitment, training, supervision, evaluation, promotion and termination.  It also documents the Agency's compliance with labour legislation, ensures the staff's freedom from medical problems which might interfere with duties and deals with wages and working conditions.

PROCEDURE

The Agency's Human Resources Administrator reviews, updates and recommends changes to the Human Resources Policy regularly.
