The Smoking Cessation Program is a structured, four session, one hour group, to address smoking cessation using a cognitive behavioural approach.
The program is designed to challenge the perceived rewards of smoking in order to help participants make the decision to quit smoking or support the efforts for those that have quit smoking.
In addition, the group materials and discussions allow the participants to take an introspective look at behaviour patterns associated with smoking.
Program material can be delivered individually or in a group format.
