Steps to Change is a 10 session, relapse prevention program focusing on slip/relapse prevention and slip/relapse management.
Sessions focus on relapse prevention strategies including: dealing with cravings, physical and emotional health issues, relationships, refusal skills, substance abuse education, problem-solving and coping skills training.
By program completion, clients will have developed a clear relapse prevention plan focusing on their own high-risk situations.
Steps to Change is held Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Addiction & Mental Health Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening appointments available.
