Steps to Change for Women is a structured, relapse prevention group for women focusing on feelings, communication skills, healthy relationships and building supports.
Sessions focus on relapse prevention strategies including: dealing with cravings, physical and emotional health issues, relationships, and refusal skills.
Steps to Change for Women is held Tuesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
