Steps to Change

This is a co-ed 7-week substance abuse treatment group for individuals under the age of 18. The Steps for Change group is located at 133 Elgin Street and is offered once per week from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Reflections

This is co-ed ongoing support group for youth looking for assistance to help maintain changes to substance use. The group is held at 133 Elgin Street at the Addictions and Mental Health Centre. Children and Youth Garden

This is an 8-week group for children and youth who have been exposed to parental substance abuse. Separate groups are available for children/youth aged 4 to 6, 7 to 9 and 10 to 12.

Groups are 1 1/2 hours in length from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and are held at the Family Resource Centre 14 Henry Street, Brantford.
