Using guidance from the Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) and local Public Health, St. Leonard’s Community Services programs and services in Addictions and Mental Health, Employment, Housing and Justice continue operating with precautions in place.

Currently, we are offering all office-based programs and services via in-person appointments and encourage the use of masks within these office settings.  Visitors are reminded to not attend our sites if they are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19.

The Needle exchange program that operates at 133 Elgin Street has been moved from the exterior window on the West side of the building back inside and can be accessed via the front door.  The same service offered at 225 Fairview Drive, Unit 1 has reopened and can be accessed via the entry door to the left of Shoppers Drug Mart.

Residential programs have operated throughout the pandemic and at this point in time, we are following the recommendation from the CMOH, and are mandating masking for all staff, clients and visitors.

As always, our 24/7 crisis line is available: (519) 759-7188 or 1 (866) 811-7188.
