The S.M.A.R.T. Families Group is for individuals struggling with a family member or loved one who is experiencing challenges related to substance use and/or gambling.
Goals
- To enhance family functioning and provide information relative to enabling behaviours, boundaries and self-care.
- To learn how to help support your loved one while taking care of yourself as well.

Referral Process: Open to community, no registration required
