Adult Individual Addictions Counselling

Services consist of a biopsychosocial assessment using a variety of assessment tools, development of a strength-based service plan, including but not limited to individual and/or group counselling, aftercare support and referral to appropriate services such as residential treatment, individual and/or group counselling and aftercare supports.

Cognitive Behavioural Counselling and Motivational Interviewing are utilized to assist individuals in meeting their stated goals.  Art therapy can be integrated within the service delivery.

Service plans are developed in cooperation with the individual.

Intake appointments are available daily.

Addiction and Mental Health Hours of Operation:  Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening appointments available.

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 18+
Legal Status: Voluntary or Probation, Police, CAS referral
