Please be advised that we have made some necessary alterations to our programming to address the risk associated with COVID-19.  These changes are effective Tuesday March 17th and are in place until April 5, 2020 at which point in time, deviations from this plan will be communicated:

Non-residential services will suspend -in-person programs and services and instead conduct these services using virtual or phone based interactions.  We anticipate having enough capacity to still meet the demands for our services.

Residential services will continue to operate and efforts will be made to mitigate the risk of exposure for staff and clients such as enhanced client screening, increased efforts to sanitize physical space, limiting group interactions and increasing diversion efforts upon intake.

Needle Exchange will be offered at 133 Elgin Street only using the window accessible from the west parking lot

As always, our 24/7 crisis line is available . (519-759-7188 or 1-866-811-7188), and we will increase the capacity of this service during this time frame to ensure we meet the demands of the community.  Clients are encouraged to utilize this service if they are experiencing a mental health crisis during this difficult time.

Due to the fluidity of this situation, we will be sure to communicate any changes to our programs and services as they arise so please check in with us frequently.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation at this time.
