Substances and Youth: What Adults Need to Know

When: Saturday, May 4, 2019 - 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Where: Doug Snooks Community Centre, 333 Erie Ave., Brantford
Cost: Free!

Dr. Tara Bruno, PhD, and author of The Drug Paradox will address:

  • How to start the conversation
  • Substance use impact on the brain
  • Knowledge and skills to prevent or delay use
  • Early identification of use
  • Accessing support and treatment

Other activities include:

  • Community Panel with Q & A session
  • Free Strodes lunch
