Duties

For almost 50 years, The Marco Corporation has been one of the top leaders in the fulfillment, warehousing and distribution industry. Our services span everything from receiving and inventory management to co-packaging, kitting, packaging, and order fulfillment, just to name a few.

Bilingual Call Center Operator and Administration Support overall responsibility to professionally respond in English and French, to consumers and clients via email correspondence and telephone communication. This position will be also be responsible to track and enter submissions. This position will support the internal administration team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and respond to incoming calls to Consumer service lines or specific program lines to answer English and French Consumer inquiries.
  • Must be knowledgeable and understand the details of all promotions in order to respond efficiently and accurately to Consumers calls/emails.
  • Maintain a professional manner on all telephone communication, and through email correspondence. Log call in Telephone system in order to ensure accurate charges are captured.
  • Take Consumer orders via telephone/email and accurately enter the information into the Order Entry system as per the programs requirements.  
  • Enter and track submissions for processing information.  
  • Perform outbound calls or call backs to Consumers as required.
  • Maintain appropriate daily volumes of work.
  • Identify and direct any consumer escalations to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficient communication in both the English and French Language (verbal and written)
  • Must have secondary education and 2-3 years’ experience in Customer service and data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word (intermediate), Business communications, and/or Time Management
  • Must have excellent organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Possess good basic keyboarding skills/experience
