Hours of Work

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, 30 minute unpaid lunch.  Flexible work hours possible pending operations needs


  • Work in various departments as needed to complete tasks assigned.  Specific instructions will be provided:
    • Sort/carry/organize hides for processing.
    • Die-cut leather, insoles, sock liners, and other parts for the product.
    • Sew/stitch pieces of leather by operate single, double or multi-needle industrial sewing machines, CNC sewing, heat embossing, embroidery, and eyelet/rivet machine.
    • Glue parts onto the product.
    • Work with rubber product to create parts for product.
    • Operate lasting equipment and grinding wheels for lasting.
    • Operate Desma turntable with PU injector, ovens for rubber moulding, trimming machines, and TPR injection machine.
    • Operate injection machine to build metatarsal parts.
    • Clean and package finished products.
    • Clean and organize storage rooms.
  • Examine materials/products for quality while operating equipment to accurately form product to specifications.
  • Complete production reports as required.
  • Troubleshoot and report minor maintenance and repairs on equipment as comfortable.


Secondary Duties:

  • Due to the small size of the company, other duties may be assigned as required.  Training will be provided. These can include:
    • Cleaning rooms, equipment, and tools.
    • Preparing shipments.


Employment requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.  Experience working with leather products is not expected.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
