Inside Sales Representative- Tees N More

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! We are in the process of moving from Stoney Creek to Brantford. There may be some commute between locations as we establish base clientele in Brantford, and still maintain those we currently have in Stoney Creek. This individual will be working mainly together with our counter sales team. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Create quotes and sales / invoices
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Be in communication with office staff and management concerning customers and ideas
• Assist our counter sales team when required.
• Cash and POS Handling as needed
