Sales & Marketing Representative- MP Computers
- Part time leading to full time potentially
- Minimum 9 hours/week
MP Computers is a computer and network service company serving the Brantford and Brant area for over 10 years. At MP Computers we pride ourselves on quality service- whether it be just replacing a power supply or rebuilding a downed server.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating sales and services.
- Answer phones and set up appointments for sales and technicians.
- Respond with urgency to emergency service calls.
- Generate new leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build client relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Collaboration with internal team: Collaborate with our technical experts to develop customized IT solutions that meet client expectations.
- Market intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Develop and maintain a social media presence.
- Update website as required.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media, and web-based interfaces.
Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Technical knowledge: Understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, networking, and infrastructure services
Relationship building: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
Problem-solving skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and propose innovative solutions.
