Job Duties: 
  • Hands on and active in the day to day running of the kitchen
  • Working with Head Chef on daily specials 
  • Working with fresh ingredients 
  • Able to follow recipes, making stocks, meat and fish cleaning
Job Qualifications: 
  • Open minded and willing to learn from Head Chef 
  • Must be able to run line when Head Chef is not available
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Creativity and culinary expertise 
  • Motivational, and multitasking skills
