Sally Laidlaw House
Sally Laidlaw House is a transitional housing program for up to 8 young women to help them acquire the resources and life skills they need to live independently.
To provide young women with a safe supportive environment where they can:
- Learn the interpersonal and instrumental life skills required to live independently.
- Attain education and employment goals.
- Implement a realistic money management plan including the necessary savings to move on.
- Connect with supports in the community including family,friends and other community agencies/organizations.
Sally Laidlaw House provides therapeutic residential services that build on clients’ strengths and address individual needs. The program works with clients, their families and other community supports to develop a service plan in preparation transition to supportive housing(apartments) or independent living.
Staff are on site daily.
