Concurrent Disorders Counselling Sessions utilize Cognitive Behavioural Strategies and Motivational Interviewing to assist individuals Concurrent Disorders/Mental Health Case Management Short term intensive services for individuals with a Concurrent Disorder or mental health issues who have had legal involvement. Crisis Outreach and Support Team (COAST) Provides secondary crisis response to individuals/families in the environment of their choice Provides immediate crisis support and/or counselling for individuals experiencing a mental health or situational crisis. Exchange Program Provides intravenous drug users with clean needles and a safe place to dispose of used needles Hopeful Journeys An open, ongoing, peer support group for individuals in recovery from addictions and mental health issues. MasterMinds Focuses on teaching skills within Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and how they can be applied to help individuals with both mental health difficulties and substance use. Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team (MCRRT) Designed to assist people in the right place, at the right time. Responsible Gambling Assessment, service planning and counselling both individually and in group to individuals experiencing issues with gambling. S.M.A.R.T. Families Support Group An open support group for individuals struggling with a family member or loved one who has addiction issues. Seeking Safety Women & Men’s Group An 8-week treatment group for clients who identify as survivors of trauma who also identify using substances to cope. Steps to Change Provides individuals with practical information, strategies and tools on relapse prevention. Youth Crisis Counselling Provides crisis services and support groups for children, youth and families.
