St. Leonard’s has in place the following policies to ensure the requirements of the Customer Service Standard and Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR) of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) are being upheld.

St. Leonard's Community Services welcomes feedback regarding the services our clients and customers receive. Feedback may be provided verbally or written directly to the staff member providing the service or given to the Manager. You may also submit feedback by writing to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Staff will request your name, phone number and the nature of your feedback. This will be forwarded to the supervisor for review and follow-up. We will acknowledge receipt of your feedback and make you aware of any actions taken within two weeks of submission.
