Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team (MCRRT)

The Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team (MCRRT) responds to 911 calls where mental health concerns and/or crises are identified. The team pairs a Mental Health Specialist from St. Leonard’s with a police officer from Brantford Police Services or Brant County OPP.

The team provides:

Assessment of risk to the safety of the person and others
On-site safety planning
De-escalation
Stabilization strategies
Referrals to ongoing services provided by St. Leonard’s Community Services or community partners

MCRRT only responds to 911 calls. Contact our Crisis Telephone Line for other crisis counselling support.

Day treatment is a 5-week outpatient program for all genders, aged 16 and up.
