  • Approximately 20 hours per week 
  • To be negotiated with employer 
Job Duties: 
  • Greeting and directing guests, answering phone and addressing walk-in inquiries, providing tourism information 
  • Recording statistics for Haldimand County regarding tourism visits
  • Assisting as required with activities and networking opportunities 
  • Creating and distributing promotional materials for community and Chamber events 
  • Maintaining the office environment 
  • Working with and assisting the office manager Donna Pitcher, and the volunteers  
Job Qualifications: 
  • Candidate must be highly organized, hard working and self-motivated in order to keep the office running smoothly
  • Must have time management ability, and communication skills to deal with the public
  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred Excellent communication skills 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photo Shop, Power point and Social media
